The SEPL project facilitates movement of traffic from Assam and other eastern states to consumption centres in Manipur, Tripura and Mizoram. This Shillong Bypass is an annuity asset extending for 48.76 km, and connects NH40 and NH44 in Meghalaya.

A four-lane road in Telangana connecting the North and South of the country, the project covers 31 km of NH44.
